At Armand Poedagar, we want your watch to reach you as smoothly as the moment you decided to wear it. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and what to expect.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and the United Kingdom. If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@armand1989.com to check availability before purchasing.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfillment center.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These timeframes begin from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed, and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your exact location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@armand1989.com. We will investigate immediately and offer a replacement or full refund if your order cannot be located or delivered within a reasonable additional period.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. Any applicable shipping costs for other regions, if accepted on a case-by-case basis, will be calculated and communicated before your order is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking number does not appear to be working after this period, contact us at contact@armand1989.com for assistance.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the United States and United Kingdom, all applicable taxes are calculated and included at checkout where required by law.
If your order is subject to any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities, these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as customs policies vary by country and shipment.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@armand1989.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
8. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at slightly different times. This does not affect your total shipping cost and will be communicated via tracking updates if it occurs.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Armand Poedagar is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking system but later reported as lost or stolen from the delivery location. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package or that your delivery address is secure. If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us at contact@armand1989.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events. We will communicate any known significant delays as soon as we are made aware of them.
