6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are approximately 5–15 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For customers located in the United Kingdom: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which you reside.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
