REFUND & RETURN POLICY — ARMAND POEDAGAR

At Armand Poedagar, every piece is built to be worn with confidence — and that confidence extends to your purchase experience. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered processing. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@armand1989.com with your order number.


2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at contact@armand1989.com and we will investigate immediately, offering a replacement or full refund if your order cannot be located or delivered.


3. Return Window

United States customers: You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

United Kingdom customers: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), and a further 14 days to return the goods once cancellation has been confirmed. We extend this further, offering a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.


4. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags, documentation, and accessories included
  • Free from signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us or the carrier

Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are covered regardless of the above conditions — see Section 7.


5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@armand1989.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For our Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid for the order, not the individual retail value of each item.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@armand1989.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

UK customers: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If this is not the case, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/damaged/incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by Armand Poedagar.
  • Change of mind / other reasons: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of authorization.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.


9. Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges for a different style, subject to availability. Contact contact@armand1989.com to arrange an exchange following the same process outlined in Section 5.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe above:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@armand1989.com.

11. Sale Items & Promotions

Items purchased during promotional periods or as part of bundle offers (including Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are eligible for return under the same terms as full-price items, unless explicitly marked as final sale at checkout.


12. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States and United Kingdom, please contact us directly at contact@armand1989.com to confirm applicable return terms, as customs and duties may affect eligibility and cost.
